Turi Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Turi Events you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Ticket purchases
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are subject to the individual event organiser's refund policy, which is displayed on the event page where applicable.
3. Service fees
A service fee of 3% (capped at RWF 2,000 per order) is added at checkout. This fee covers payment processing and platform operation.
4. Ticket transfers
You may transfer a ticket to another person via the Tickets page. Once transferred, the original ticket is invalidated and you cannot reclaim it.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not resell tickets above face value, use automated tools to purchase tickets, or attempt to circumvent our ticketing system.
6. Limitation of liability
Turi Events is not liable for event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by organisers. Disputes regarding events should be directed to the organiser.
