We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone number) when you register or purchase tickets, and usage data such as pages visited and transactions completed.

2. How we use your information

Your information is used to process ticket purchases, send order confirmations, provide customer support, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Payment data

Payment is processed via mobile money providers (MTN MoMo and Airtel Money). We store only the transaction reference and status — we never store your mobile money PIN.

4. Cookies

We use an authentication cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
